Parents are responsible for setting their athlete's end date for the last day of the month AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We bill monthly for the entire month on the first of each month. If your child will not be attending all of the classes in his/her last month, be sure to use the makeups you will accrue up through the end of your final month before you end enrollment. All makeups are forfeited on the scheduled end date.
Calls to the gym ARE NOT sufficient to drop a class. Parents must request drops via the Parent Portal AND send an email to hello@theagilitycenter.com including DROP DATE REQUEST and the student's name in the subject line. Please include the date (last day in any given month) as the drop date. Provide AT LEAST 48 HOURS for processing, although stop dates can be scheduled months in advance.
Our monthly tuition, and drop-in and trial rates are based on the length of class time. Enroll online to reserve your child's day and time to attend each week or to request a trial class. Ongoing enrollment starts on the next upcoming class (our system automatically prorates the current month's tuition). Schedule your drop date for the last day of any month. Enroll for a few months or continuously--it's up to you!

Unless scheduled makeups are cancelled within 48 hours of the class, the makeup will be considered redeemed regardless of whether or not the student attends.
Want to do a makeup but the class is full? Call us within the 48-hour window prior to the class (deadline for absences to be reported).
